At Farberware Cookware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
